Messages I like to Share

My path began with love in my heart for animals and nature, but also a love for people. That led me to many studies about animals, training, communication and a deeper spiritual path through study with a renowned shaman.

Rather than keep everything I’ve learned and experienced in my own heart, I am eagerly looking for other communities in which to speak and share inspirations! Read more about some of my topics below!

Relationships with Pets & Dogs

  • Too often we adopt a rescue dog and hope that the love in our hearts and comfort on our couches is enough. But there’s so much more to helping them grow, empowering them and letting go of their past.

Learn how to let go of the “pity trappings”, create a nurturing yet growth-oriented environment for even the most helpless of creatures and…
“Rescue Them the Rest of the Way”!

  • The path we take and the roles we play with our pets in their journey with us changes every step of the way. Learn the many roles you will play, how to most powerfully and lovingly fulfill them… and ultimately how to cope with the hardest role of all on the hardest day of all.

  • Communicating with our companion animals isn’t about being the “alpha”. It’s about being a great leader who is fair, kind and dependable. The most important way to say “I love you” to our pets is by creating a communicative relationship with them that allows them to see they are safe, secure and loved through gentle words, gentle body language… and a gentle heart that only wishes to connect & guide…not rule.

Vegan Path

  • “The eating of meat extinguishes the seed of great compassion.” - Buddha

Spiritual growth happens more fully through a vegan path when what we consume does not hold the energy of suffering, fear and pain. Discover with me how a vegan path nurtures spiritual growth & peace.

  • “Nothing is so strong as gentlerness and nothing is so gentle as real strength”. St. Francis de Sales.

Making the choice to live a vegan life, is the emodiment of holding compasson for another’s experience. When we step outside of our own perspective and witness that of another, we can walk more gently upon the earth and open our hearts to all creatures.
The avoidance of causing pain or harm to another is called Ahimsa and permits us to walk with the gentleness we wish to receive.

Nature & Spiritual Wellness

  • “Sit with animals quietly and they will show you their hearts. Sit with them kindly and they will help you locate yours.” - author unknown

There is so much to learn from actively observing animals, connecting with their energies and understanding our hearts’ reactions to them.

Let me lead you into a deeper awareness of animals, hearing their hearts and understanding the messages they have to offer about our connections together.

  • As human animals, we have been enculturated for eons to believe we are the dominant species and to see all others as less than. Many myths keep us from changing hurtful behaviors to other species. If we can open our eyes and hearts to the sentience and depth of all other animals, and see them in deeper ways, we can truly begin to create peace on earth. Allow me to guide you into seeing how deeply our fellow animals see, feel and experience the same joys and pains of their journey on this planet. You will truly begin to feel that we are all one.

  • Animals can be our greatest teachers of self. They can reflect us back to ourselves by the way they respond to us when we are in relationships or social encounter with them. Learn to be a more “heart-felt-human” and the best you that you can be by seeing reflections from the animals. We can expand our best “us-ness” to touch all fellow animals on the planet in different and more loving ways!

  • If we are talking we are not hearing others. If we stop talking, and truly open our ears and minds, we can begin to listen to each other with greater understanding.

And so it is with Nature…only when we are quiet can we hear the whisperings of Spirit and the quiet voice of our higher selves as we connect to Spirit.

Learn to quiet your mind and block out the trappings of all kinds of man-made noise and truly hear the wind, the animal and bird messages and the cry of Earth Mother for more compassion as we learn to be better custodians of her.
